The CSR are looking for a candidate to join a renowned Northern Irish Consultancy which is regulated by the RICS. They have a remarkable 20-year history working with some of the major names in various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Support cost management from feasibility through to final account
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
- Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations
- Produce accurate cost reports and commercial insights
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Contribute to procurement, value engineering, and project delivery
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years' experience
- Chartered experience
