Key Responsibilities: Service Level Reporting – Manage daily reports to all customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Customer Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with customer supply chain teams. Price File & Forecasting Management – Maintain accurate promotional & customer forecasting data. S&OP Meetings – Lead weekly meetings to align operations and sales teams. Ad-Hoc Saturday Cover – Light-touch support (approx. 1 hour remotely) to ensure smooth weekend operations. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Background in Commercial Admin or a Graduate Aspiring to Become a Commercial Manager ✔ Experience in Chilled FMCG (Preferred, but Not Essential) ✔ Highly Organised, Proactive & Resilient – Able to work in a fast-moving environment with high expectations. ✔ Strong Communication Skills – Comfortable working cross-functionally between Commercial & Operations.
