We are currently recruiting Civil Quantity Surveyors at all levels - Managing QS, Senior QS, and Project QS - to join a Tier One contractor delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering projects in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, large-scale developments while benefiting from accommodation support and flexible hybrid working. The role is open to candidates based across the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI), offering excellent long-term career progression within a leading organisation.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, or major construction projects
  • Strong understanding of contracts (e.g. NEC or similar)
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Open to candidates from ROI and NI, with flexibility to work in North Dublin
