We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Logistics Department, working closely with the management team to implement and improve procedures and systems that enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this role includes assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure event readiness. This can also include visiting our client sites and assisting our teams during major events with logistical requirements. Whilst based at our Head Office, some travel to client locations may be required.
What you will be doing as a Logistics Coordinator:
- Support the Logistics team in achieving KPIs and set targets.
- Assist with administration on vehicle compliance, vehicle scheduling and reporting.
- Support in the planning and review of warehouse compliance and efficiencies; labour, placement, schedules, resources to inform improvements, including inbound and outbound goods.
- Maintain an asset register of the stock in CSP stores, bringing to the attention of the manager if anything is missing and escalating further if needs be.
- Forward thinking, including looking to future events planning with the operations managers to ensure logistical requirements are sent in a timely manner.
What we need from you as a Logistics Coordinator:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise, be proactive, take the initiative and work to deadlines.
- A supportive team‑player who can also work independently.
- Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of fleet management.
