What you will be doing as an Event Planning Manager

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of major events and projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organisational goals.
• Coordinate and schedule key meetings across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project momentum and clarity.
• Maintain detailed oversight of project timelines, deliverables, and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Support post‑event evaluations and feedback collection to inform continuous improvement for future major projects.
• Deliver CAD and Inventis training to the wider Operations team, empowering them to independently produce their Event Management Plans.
• Represent CSP in providing professional consultancy documentation for key event operations.

What we need from you as an Event Planning Manager at CSP

• Knowledge and experience of the events or comparable industries from a planning and design perspective.
• Experience leading major project planning, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Experience of CAD technology; and excellent IT skills – strong in the Microsoft package.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possession of a full UK Driving License.
