CSP Ltd is a specialist provider in traffic, event, and venue management, and we are proud to be supporting the prestigious AIG Women’s Open in Porthcawl this summer.
We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshals to join our friendly and professional operations team. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all event visitors
- Manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the venue’s car parks
- Maintain safe and organised car park operations throughout the event
- Assist with vehicle access control and pedestrian movement
- Respond promptly to queries and incidents in a calm and helpful manner
- Work closely with CSP team members and event organisers to ensure a safe and smooth event
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A calm, confident, and professional manner
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible with working hours, including early starts, weekends, and long shifts
