Our services include internal and external traffic management, security, stewarding, cleaning and waste management, cash and ticket sales and reconciliation, consultancy services, and signage production and installation. With over 20 years of operational experience, CSP has grown from a car parking company into a nationally recognised provider of integrated services within the facilities and event management industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our growing Events Team, supporting operations at Newmarket Racecourse, with additional opportunities available at events such as Duxford Airshow. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience for all customers and guests attending our events.

Requirements:- Right to work in the UK
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible availability across varying shift times

- Previous Traffic Marshal experience (desirable but not essential)
- A smart, well-groomed appearance is essential for this role
- Hourly rate: £13.69
