Traffic Marshal – Wentworth BMW PGA Championship 2025
Location: Wentworth Golf Club, Surrey
Dates: Monday 8th – Sunday 14th September 2025
Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour
Contract Type: Zero-Hour

The Role:
We’re currently recruiting professional and enthusiastic Traffic Marshals to join our team at the prestigious BMW PGA Championship 2025 at Wentworth Golf Club. You’ll play a key role in managing vehicle movements, directing traffic, and ensuring safety across the site during the event. Opportunities for further work may also be available at other major events in the area such as Windsor Racecourse and Ascot Racecourse.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely direct vehicles and pedestrians
- Monitor access and egress points
- Ensure smooth traffic flow around the site
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and event staff
- Report incidents or hazards to supervisors
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident and proactive attitude
- Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods
- Previous experience as a traffic marshal (desirable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- A professional and well-groomed appearance is essential
