Assistant Operations Manager – The O2
£27,500 – £29,500 pa
CSP is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to manage the operational delivery at the O2. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding experience for our clients and visitors. You will work closely with the venue operations team to meet and exceed expectations—on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What you will be doing
- Oversee all stages of event operations—from planning and on-site execution to post-event evaluation.
- Attend stakeholder meetings to support event planning and implementation.
- Ensure staffing levels and resources are in place for exceptional service delivery.
- Manage staff check-in procedures and payroll reconciliation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, external partners, and internal teams.
- Handle cash reconciliation from ticket machines and manual sales.

- 35-hour working week, including some evenings and weekends depending on operational needs
