We're looking for a Group Technology Procurement Coordinator to join our Group IT team and support a range of procurement, licensing, contract management, and sustainability initiatives across the business.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues across multiple regions, you'll play an important role in helping us optimise costs, improve processes, and drive value from our technology investments.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Group Technology Procurement Coordinator, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of technology procurement objectives, helping to drive contract consolidation, supplier rationalisation, cost reduction, licence optimisation, and sustainability initiatives across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering spend, licensing, usage, and contract data to support cost-saving and contract consolidation initiatives.
- Identifying unused software licences and opportunities to improve licence utilisation and reduce costs.
- Supporting software licence migration projects, including user support and supplier liaison.
- Assisting with software renewals by collecting requirements, obtaining pricing, and coordinating stakeholder approvals.
- Raising and tracking purchase orders and supporting procurement administration activities.
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing use of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Assisting with software licence cost recharging activities and collaborating with Finance teams.
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives through the collection and reporting of carbon emissions data.
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a growing team. You may already have experience in procurement administration, contract management, software licensing, or technology support and be looking for your next challenge.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in procurement administration, software licensing, or contract administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience gathering, analysing, and presenting data to support decision-making.
- Experience working with procurement systems.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, teams, or geographic locations.
- A CIPS qualification, or an interest in working towards one, would be advantageous.
