Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator: The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator is to support the Talent Acquisition Advisors and the business to create Talent Pipelines for our current and future vacancies using the latest technology.

Main Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator:

  • Ownsourcing process for difficult to fill roles using the latest technologyto attract and screen external top talent.
  • Co-ownthe external career site, updating as required, using Design Studio andAdobe Waterfront.
  • Supportthe talent acquisition team with administration, screening andinterviewing.
  • Workwith external third-party recruitment suppliers to ensure maximum returnon investment.
  • Producemeaningful MI for Talent Acquisition team to monitor and inform on currenttrends in the recruitment process and insight into live roles.

Skills and experience you need as Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator:

  • Minimum3 years’ experience using Linked in Recruiter combined with excellentworking knowledge of hiring assistant.
  • Experiencedat updating/maintaining CRM systems – Phenom and Cornerstone (or similar).
  • Expertiseat sourcing from a range of CV databases to include Reed, Indeed & CVLibrary.
  • Experienceof campaign management and content management systems.
