At Ageas, we’re looking for a Regional ContractorPerformance Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the performance of ourin-house Building Repair Network (BRN). This is an exciting opportunity tocombine technical expertise, data-driven decision making, and stakeholderengagement to ensure our customers receive outstanding repair experiences whilemaintaining strong control of indemnity spend.
Working within a high-performing Home Claimsteam and reporting to the Building Repair Network Operations Manager, you’llmanage contractor performance, carry out audits, support claims teams, andcontribute to strategic improvements across our repair network.
Main Responsibilities as a Regional Contractor Performance Lead:
- Managecontractor performance through reviews, data, and clear targets
- Carryout file audits and site inspections to ensure quality and cost control
- Identifyrisks and report insights to support decision-making
- Supportrepair strategy, including large loss and subsidence cases
- Buildstrong relationships and provide technical support across stakeholders
Skills and experience you need as a Regional Contractor Performance Lead:
- Strongknowledge of construction, property damage, and repair methods
- Goodunderstanding of insurance claims and policy principles
- Clear,confident communicator who avoids technical jargon
- Strongstakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analyticalmindset with solid numerical ability
