Overview

Support Worker (Community Outreach) Okehampton. Calling all everyday superheroes! If you’re the kind of person who can whip up a smile, help someone live their best life, and tackle daily tasks, this role could be for you. Our client is growing and is looking to add to their superstar team.

What You’ll Be Up To

  • Helping people cook, clean, and shop like pros
  • Guiding people through decisions and money matters
  • Providing personal care and meds when needed
  • Encouraging healthy habits and community fun
  • Keeping records tidy and ticking all the right boxes with the Care Act

What’s In It For You

  • £13.25/hr on weekdays
  • £13.50/hr on weekends
  • £70.50 per sleep-in shift
  • £250 bonus when you complete your Care Certificate
  • £500 bonus when you refer a friend
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave
