We are seeking an experienced, reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our client's team and work closely with the Finance Manager. This is a supportive, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day finance function and contributing where needed. The role offers genuine flexibility, with hours spread across either 2 or 3 full days, or 3 to 4 mornings per week.
Responsibilities
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage
- Managing credit control activities and maintaining strong debtor relationships
- Producing regular debtor reports and supporting cash flow management
- Assisting the Finance Manager with general bookkeeping and finance tasks
- Supporting other areas of the finance function as required
The Candidate
You will be an experienced Bookkeeper with strong Sage payroll experience, comfortable processing both weekly and monthly payrolls. You will have experience managing credit control and producing debtor reports, with a clear understanding of how this supports healthy cash flow. You enjoy working closely with a Finance Manager, providing reliable support and getting involved in a range of finance tasks as needed. You are organised, dependable and able to manage your workload independently, while also being a collaborative team player who is happy to support other areas of the finance function when required.
Remuneration
