What will you be doing?
Reporting into the Project Director, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a one-day football experience on Saturday 8th June in London for a household brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee multiple elements of the campaign
- Lead communication with the client
- Understand the objectives and needs of the client
- Develop strong relationships with the production, client and account management teams
- Collaborate with the wider Wasserman Live team to lead to a joined-up delivery
- Manage the budget process ensuring any challenges are solved quickly and efficiently
- Oversee design, artwork and branding implementation through design and production
- Ensure all onsite staff are well-trained, briefed and of the calibre needed to enhance the experience
Skills needed:
- Strong knowledge of Experiential and Live Events
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, production and staffing
- Ability to balance multiple workflows and problem solve efficiently and effectively
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Expert attention-to-detail
- Ability to manage clients rather than the other way round
- Ability to work under-pressure with tight deadlines
- Negotiation skills
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years in Experiential or Live Events
- Proven experience of managing successful brand activations
- Experience of dealing with high-level clients and/or senior stakeholders
- Understanding of working at major events
- Proven ability to lead complex projects
Additional information:
The role will require working from both Wasserman Live offices based in Orpington, Wasserman central based in Victoria and home working.
