Our Grassroots internship’s are back for 2024! We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our UK teams this summer on a paid 3 month internship starting from July. This programme will give you the opportunity to experience the breadth of our huge scope across the sports and entertainment landscape. We are looking for a bright, energetic and creative thinker with good attention to detail. Someone who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and passionate about how we connect fans with the things that they love!
What you will be doing:
Our Digital and Data team offers a stimulating environment with genuinely rewarding work, focusing on delivering performance marketing solutions that enhance the fan experience. Working with an array of global organisations in sport and entertainment, the team delivers strategies that revolutionise the way we connect with audiences on behalf of our clients, and to ultimately make our industry more commercially sustainable and accessible to fans. This internship will give support to our rapidly growing digital and data team and provide direct experience working on large global sponsorship campaigns that are driven by performance. Our strategy is to combine the passion of sport with technology to engage, grow and connect with fans that drive commercial outcomes. You will need to be digitally savvy with good excel skills, as you engage within the world of digital and data.
Tasks will include:
- Email building and reporting - creating Brand or Rights Holder marketing emails
- Creating audience lists & segmentation
- Generating business intelligence reports
- Reporting on client campaigns
- Creation of deck templates
- Campaign ideation sessions
