WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Planning – specifically for partnerships and event activations. Deliver a project plan from start to finish to take part in brainstorms, be creative, call on any industry knowledge, be able to assist in creating decks and be aware of budgets and feasibility.
- Implementation – you will be integral to bringing the plans to life, the main point of contact for all suppliers, you will need to write briefs, assist with content creation whilst working as part of an All Agency team and ensuring approvals from all parties.
- Evaluation and review – you will support in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents providing points of view and insights.
- Client / Account Management:
- Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions.
- Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and external agencies where relevant).
- Effective management of own relationships with suppliers, all agencies, clients and partners.
- Assistance with content creation, brand merchandise and toolkits.
- Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing / cost management.
- Event activation – involved in all aspects of the events from venue sourcing, staffing, branding, to creative execution, on-site support and main point of contact for suppliers.
- Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s business.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- Experience within a similar role [agency-based] is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working on large global brands is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Creative thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of, and passion for, sport is a bonus.
- Open to feedback from clients and colleagues.
