The Opportunity Senior Manager, Total Rewards – EMEA is an experienced compensation professional and recognized subject matter expert within CSL’s Total Rewards organization.
In this role, you will provide advanced professional expertise and consultative compensation support across the EMEA region, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global Total Rewards colleagues.
This position supports the planning, design, and execution of compensation programs across diverse and complex labor markets.
You will lead sophisticated analytical work—such as job evaluation, market pricing, salary structure management, and survey participation—while ensuring alignment with global reward strategies, regional business priorities, and local regulatory requirements.
Acting as a key connector between global strategy and regional execution, you will help enable sound, competitive, and compliant reward decisions across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted compensation subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and business leaders across EMEA, providing consultative guidance on complex reward topics.
Support regional compensation planning and execution, including base pay, incentives, hiring offers, retention scenarios, and ad‑hoc business needs, in line with global frameworks and local market practices.
Implement and maintain compensation programs across EMEA, balancing local requirements with global standards and governance.
Deliver advanced compensation analytics—such as market benchmarking, equity reviews, pay positioning, and scenario modelling—and translate insights into practical recommendations.
Prepare clear and well‑structured analytical and presentation materials to support compensation discussions and decision‑making.
Partner with the Regional Total Rewards Lead and Global Compensation, Benefits, and Equity teams on enterprise‑wide initiatives and Workday‑driven processes.
Support job evaluation, leveling, and job architecture activities aligned with CSL’s Career Framework.
Provide compensation input to organizational changes and growth initiatives, support pay transparency readiness across EMEA, and ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and local labor laws, while building effective stakeholder relationships.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation within a medium to large, complex multinational organization, ideally with EMEA exposure, and a strong foundation in job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive support.
Solid understanding of the broader Total Rewards and benefits landscape; consulting or advisory experience (internal or external) is highly desirable.
Sound business acumen with the ability to interpret compensation topics within a broader organizational and commercial context.
Strong analytical capability, with experience translating complex market, financial, and internal data into clear, practical insights and recommendations.
Clear, credible business‑facing communication skills, with the ability to influence through collaboration and evidence‑based analysis.
Solid financial and numerical reasoning skills, supported by strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑paced, evolving environments, with a collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions‑oriented approach.
Fluency in English is essential; professional proficiency in at least one additional European language is highly preferred.
