Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, defines and implements marketing strategies/tactics for existing and new products.
  • Collaborates with management and cross‑functional teams to identify and implement marketing strategies and campaigns/tactics.
  • Supports the development of clear brand messages to be utilized in all marketing and communication materials.
  • Develops and implements marketing materials and tools based on market scenario, local positioning and competitive analysis to strengthen CSL Seqirus market position.
  • Leads assessments for new products and launch campaigns and liaises with external stakeholders to identify opportunities and market trends.
  • Supports organization of customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions, ad boards, etc.
  • Liaises and coordinates with agencies and external suppliers.
  • Good understanding of UK ABPI code of practice.

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher degree. Nice‑to‑have: Bachelors' degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or healthcare discipline.
  • 2+ years' marketing/sales/commercial experience; preference for pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry experience.
  • Good understanding of UK ABPI code of practice.
  • Experience with insight‑led decision‑making: confidence using market research, sales performance, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and shape recommendations.
