Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, serves as medical expert and contributes to strategic product plan for the region/country
- Implements strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups
- Supports medical affairs operations on logistical planning and implementation of projects, including supporting and delegating activities to ensure prompt turnaround and project success
- Coordinates the review of Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) study proposals
- Serves as medical consultant and supports commercial, marketing and sales organizations
- Leads Medical Science Liaisons and develops strategy and plans for medical information exchange with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups
Qualifications:
- Degree in pharmacy/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD)/advanced life science degree preferred
