The role ensures strong alignment between local requirements and global procurement strategies, while maintaining compliance with policies, governance, and procurement disciplines. Leveraging hands‑on procurement expertise and strong stakeholder management, the Site Liaison Partner coordinates the appropriate global procurement resources, supports the adoption of global initiatives, and enables efficient, compliant procurement outcomes across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary procurement liaison between site stakeholders, global procurement, and Centres of Excellence, ensuring alignment between local needs and global sourcing strategies.
  • Support local sourcing activities coordinating execution with relevant procurement teams.
  • Lead issue resolution for escalated supplier disputes, delivery delays, quality concerns, and other escalated supplier support requirements, calling upon global procurement teams as required.
  • Ensure procurement compliance and governance, including adherence to financial controls, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Guide and support site stakeholders through procurement systems, policies, and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.

Experience & Capabilities

  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, ideally within an operational or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills across diverse internal and external groups.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, and best practices, including use of SAP and e‑procurement tools.
