CSL (Seqirus) is seeking a Legal Counsel for the EMEA region to join its Global Seqirus legal team. Based in Maidenhead, UK, the role involves providing expert legal support, managing commercial and regulatory contracting, and advising on employment and corporate governance matters for the EMEA business, with a specific focus on the Liverpool manufacturing facility.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor of Laws, J.D., or equivalent foreign degree.
- Admission: Must be admitted to the bar in the UK or an EU country.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Language: Fluent in English and at least one other language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian preferred).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead legal support for standard form contracting across the EMEA region.
- Provide general legal advice to commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Procurement departments.
- Support employment law matters and subsidiary management activities.
- Collaborate with the Seqirus Compliance Team on regional initiatives.
- Advise on dispute management and contract interpretation.
