Lead the implementation evaluation and continual processes improvement team for R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of value-add cost saving productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment; where appropriate provide project leadership for such initiatives (matrix teams and FSP as needed).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross-R&D business issues resolution team, Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT (matrix organization and FSP).
- Secondary support for cross R&D business related issues.
- Oversee audit implementation analysis and follow-up.
- Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After-Action Reviews).
- R&D new training liaison.
Skills and Experience Required
- 10 years in R&D operations business support.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams.
- Experience in data driven process improvement.
- Established and credible experience in project management.
- Working knowledge in drug research development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals.
Qualifications and Education Required
- Bachelor's in science operations or business-related field.
