The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
The role is part of the Accounting Services Team and will be responsible for supporting the Intercompany team with general Intercompany duties, including invoices, recharges, payments and reconciliations.
- Execute Intercompany accounting processes in line with policies and procedures.
- Prepare and post Intercompany invoices in line with Group policy.
- Maintain mailboxes and action any ad hoc queries in respect of Intercompany.
- Raise manual journals as necessary.
- Respond to queries/request from external auditors.
- Prepare, review and investigate intercompany mismatches.
- Generate and distribute routine Intercompany reporting.
- Support on Intercompany netting reports, payments and journals.
- Support on the payments of other Intercompany balances.
- Prepare Intercompany Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- GRIR on intercompany, blocked billing and pricing issues.
- Forecast and budget preparation for Intercompany.
- Support continuous improvement plans and projects.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in accounting and finance
- Experience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry / Shared Service environment highly desirable.
- Experience in SAP highly desirable.
This role is based in Speke, Liverpool.
This is a hybrid role requiring working 3 days per week in the office.
