Responsibilities

  • Under general direction, responsible for planning and implementing market access strategy for CSL products in a designated territory.
  • Develop relationships with key external channel customers to understand current market conditions.
  • Work cross‑functionally with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to develop value propositions for CSL products.
  • Generate and communicate information on product efficacy, health economics, and value propositions to demonstrate advantages of CSL products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government, NGOs, advocacy groups, key opinion leaders, and wholesalers to generate reimbursement opportunities.
  • Provide support for major tenders and update management on reimbursement changes, healthcare policies, and funding legislation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences, or a healthcare discipline.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including market access, brand/specialty channel marketing, and account management.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
