The Opportunity
This is a highly visible partnering role where you will act as a key advisor within our total rewards landscape. You won't just be administering plans; you will be the strategic bridge between global strategy and regional execution. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, you will navigate the complexities of diverse labour markets across EMEA. Your expertise will be relied upon to provide data-driven insights for complex hiring and retention decisions, ensuring that CSL remains an employer of choice while keeping our "Promise" to our employees through a comprehensive and attractive offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Acting as the go-to subject matter expert for HRBPs and business leaders, providing consultative, data-driven advice for complex compensation challenges.
- Regional Program Management: Implementing and managing CSL’s reward programs across the EMEA region.
- Market Intelligence: Leading participation in analysing market trends to ensure our reward structures remain competitive and equitable.
- Global Alignment: Working closely with the Global Compensation, Benefits and Equity teams to ensure regional needs are represented in enterprise-wide initiatives, including Workday compensation cycles.
- Compliance & Governance: Overseeing statutory requirements and ensuring all pay practices adhere to local labour laws and internal CSL governance.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications (e.g., CCP or equivalent) are highly regarded.
- Experience: Significant experience in Compensation and Benefits, specifically within a large, complex multinational organization across the EMEA region.
- Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel skills for complex data modelling and analysis.
- Communication: Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders at all levels.
- Influencing: Ability to influence views and behaviours to ensure the appropriate reward decisions are being made within CSL.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; however, a strong professional proficiency in at least one additional European language is highly preferred to effectively partner across our diverse regional footprint.
