Responsible for shaping the future capabilities, governance framework, and sustainability agenda of Global Procurement. The role partners with the CPO, Procurement Leadership Team, HR, and business stakeholders to strengthen procurement maturity, enable organizational effectiveness, develop future talent, and drive sustainable procurement practices. The position serves as a key transformation leader supporting the long-term evolution of the Procurement function.
Key Accountabilities
- Procurement Governance: Own the Procurement Governance Framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and decision-making processes. Ensure governance remains effective, scalable, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement of procurement controls and compliance processes.
