We are looking for a new team member to help ensure the smooth daily operation of our business. The position is based in the UK at our London office (SecAlliance), or it could be based in Denmark, on-site in our office in Frederiksberg. If applying for the UK based role you will need Right to Work documentation. We do not provide visa sponsorship for UK roles.

Your new job:
- Internal user support
- Employee on and off-boarding
- Server infrastructure maintenance (Linux)
- Office equipment maintenance and improvements
- Network maintenance
- Assistance in the implementation of internal services and systems
- Windows and macOS client support, as well as basic server support

- Documentation of your own work
- Ordering hardware and equipment
- Miscellaneous ad hoc tasks within the IT Operations team
About you:
We are looking for a patient and approachable candidate with a curious mind and a strong desire to help others who can enrich our current capabilities. You will be a great match if you have:
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Azure AD / Microsoft 365 experience
- Experience with server infrastructure, including VMware and/or Proxmox
- Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- Technical competencies: PowerShell, Shell and/or Bash
- Microsoft Admin Portals (Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin, etc)
- Familiarity with different SaaS solutions

- Danish language skills advantageous if applying to work in Denmark
