An interesting job with exciting learning opportunities and a great culture. We are looking for a new team member to help ensure the smooth daily operation of our business. The position is based in the UK at our London office (SecAlliance), or it could be based in Denmark, on-site in our office in Frederiksberg. Our core mission is to deliver productivity to our organization, provide great service to our colleagues and continuously improve information security. You will be one of three in our IT Operations Department. The team focuses on running and optimizing the internal IT infrastructure in the company:

  • Server infrastructure maintenance (Linux)
  • Office equipment maintenance and improvements
  • Network maintenance
  • Assistance in the implementation of internal services and systems
  • Windows and macOS client support, as well as basic server support
  • iOS and Android support
  • Miscellaneous ad hoc tasks within the IT Operations team

We are looking for a patient and approachable candidate with a curious mind and a strong desire to help others who can enrich our current capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Azure AD / Microsoft 365 experience
  • Experience with server infrastructure, including VMware and/or Proxmox
  • Microsoft Admin Portals (Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin, etc)
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Danish language skills advantageous if applying to work in Denmark
  • Ability to research and drive a project to completion
  • Security Clearance
