Role Accountabilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Maintenance & Repair team.
- Coordinate and schedule work for field-based service engineers.
- Act as a central point of contact for customer communication (email and phone).
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate data entry within the CRM system.
- Prepare job documentation and raise paperwork for service engineers.
- Process post-service invoicing accurately and promptly.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
The Candidate:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets.
