Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of development projects across EMEA, ensuring successful execution from concept through handover to Delivery.
- Drive decision-making on site strategy, risk management, and technical requirements, directing consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance, feasibility, and performance.
- Shape market growth and expansion plans by identifying priority locations, evaluating site options, and influencing portfolio strategy.
- Lead site selection, due diligence, permitting, and energy procurement for new developments, securing critical infrastructure and regulatory approvals.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years' experience in a senior level development position
