Role Accountabilities:

  • Deliver internal toolbox talks and training sessions.
  • Manage incident recordings, analyze data, and generate reports for improvements.
  • Assist the H&S Manager with incident investigations and reporting.
  • Review risk assessments, safety method statements, and procedures.
  • Create internal Safety, Health, and Environmental monitoring checklists.
  • Facilitate training on the online platform.
  • Support internal audits and coordinate HSE meetings, including taking minutes and tracking actions.

Person Specification

The Candidate:

  • Degree in Safety, Health, and Environment or equivalent qualification.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and achieving accredited qualifications.
  • Interest in becoming chartered with IOSH.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and engage colleagues.
  • Meticulous, organized, with good prioritization skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience with health and safety checks, monitoring, or auditing.
