Role Accountabilities:
- Deliver internal toolbox talks and training sessions.
- Manage incident recordings, analyze data, and generate reports for improvements.
- Assist the H&S Manager with incident investigations and reporting.
- Review risk assessments, safety method statements, and procedures.
- Create internal Safety, Health, and Environmental monitoring checklists.
- Facilitate training on the online platform.
- Support internal audits and coordinate HSE meetings, including taking minutes and tracking actions.
Person Specification
The Candidate:
- Degree in Safety, Health, and Environment or equivalent qualification.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and achieving accredited qualifications.
- Interest in becoming chartered with IOSH.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and engage colleagues.

- Full UK driving license.
