Role Overview

As Director of Operations, you\’ll be a key part of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all operational functions—including production, supply chain, logistics, quality assurance, and facilities. You\’ll lead the design and implementation of scalable systems to support expansion while ensuring excellence in product delivery, efficiency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company\’s growth targets
  • Oversee production, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficiency and scalability

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role within the food manufacturing industry

  • Deep understanding of food safety standards and certifications (e.g., BRCGS, GMP, HACCP)
  • Experience working in a growth-stage or scale-up business (international exposure is a plus)
  • Skilled in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and ERP systems
