Overview
Are you a results driven Construction Manager with an interest in the Data Centre space? CSG are currently partnered with a reputable Data Centre operator who are seeking Construction Manager to oversee one of their UK sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project team.
- Oversee budgetary and program control for complex projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all site works— including internal and contractor activities— comply with design specifications and established quality management procedures.
- Prepare consolidated reports for the Head of Construction, including milestone summaries, key issues, risks, benefits, and cost breakdowns.
- Review project activities to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to build a high-performing project management team and supply chain that delivers Ark Construction projects on time and within budget.
- Safety: Ensure all site activities adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
- 10+ years\’ experience in Construction, Data Centre specific experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills – the ability to organise large amounts of information into a coherent format.
- Strong people skills.
