We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the UK and Ireland. This role is focused on developing and delivering integrated marketing initiatives that support the adoption of innovative medical technologies among clinicians, payors, and other key stakeholders. The role is with a leading medical devices company who have delivered large, consistent growth and innovation. We are seeking an individual with existing experience with regulated products (medtech, pharma, consumer healthcare, OTC supplements, skin care etc). You will play a central role in shaping how our products are positioned and communicated, ensuring that commercial, clinical, and market access teams are equipped with effective tools, messaging, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Insights & Planning: Build a deep understanding of healthcare systems, treatment pathways, and stakeholder decisionâmaking processes. Develop customer journey maps to identify key engagement opportunities across the care continuum. Use insights to guide segmentation, targeting, and channel strategy.
- Campaign Development & Messaging: Create and refine value propositions and messaging tailored to different audiences and communication channels. Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with clinical evidence. Oversee the development of marketing materials across multiple formats, including digital, print, and sales enablement tools. Adapt broader campaign strategies to ensure relevance within the UK and Ireland markets. Manage relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Channel Activation & Optimisation: Execute integrated marketing plans across a range of channels, including field teams, digital platforms, events, and partnerships. Ensure internal teams have access to the right resources to support customer engagement. Monitor channel effectiveness and continuously refine the mix to improve impact. Apply audience segmentation to deliver more personalised and relevant communications.
- Performance & Insights: Define and track key performance indicators across campaigns and channels. Analyse engagement data, usage metrics, and adoption trends to evaluate success. Use insights to optimise future activity and improve return on investment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with medical, legal, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure all activity is compliant and effective. Act as a key point of contact for marketing initiatives, aligning stakeholders across functions. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Please note, this role will require 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) to be spent onâsite in Bracknell.
Skills & Experience
- Strategic & Analytical Capability: Experience developing marketing strategies within complex or regulated environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and audience segmentation.
- Marketing Execution: Experience delivering multiâchannel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, and virtual engagement platforms. Ability to tailor messaging for a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
- Performance Management: Experience tracking campaign performance and aligning marketing metrics with business goals. Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. Understanding of how marketing supports commercial outcomes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work crossâfunctionally in a collaborative environment. Strong communication and project management skills. Experience working with external agencies and partners.
