Overview

CSG Talent is recruiting on behalf of a SME Medtech company in growth mode. This Global Headhunter opportunity focuses on Critical Care equipment/devices and hospital integration/connectivity, with the territory based in the North UK. The role is remote-based.

Up to £55,000 (some potential flex for the perfect person), £20,000 bonus (uncapped), company car

Responsibilities

  • Drive the business in the North UK with a new business focus, including account management and retention of existing accounts.
  • Map the territory and identify key decision makers within hospitals and hospital groups, such as Clinical Department Leads, Biomedical Leads, and Procurement.
  • Prospect and engage NHS buyers in medical consumables, devices or capital equipment markets; this is a capital solution/system selling role, focusing on new business development.
  • Navigate the NHS sales process to secure opportunities and manage relationships across stakeholders.
  • Regular field activity, visiting customers 3–4 days per week.

Key requirements

  • Prior sales experience selling medical consumables, devices or equipment into the NHS is essential
  • A clinical or biomedical profile prior to medical sales is a plus but isn\\\’t essential
  • A new business hunter is key; ability to map out a territory and engage the right decision makers within hospitals (Clinical Leads, Biomedical Leads, Procurement) with tenacity
  • Account management, customer service and retention experience
  • Willingness to be out in the field visiting customers 3–4 days a week
