  • Plan and execute experiments while maintaining best-in-class laboratory practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • A PhD (preferred) or advanced degree in a relevant biopharma field.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience across the full biopharma R&D process, especially in microbial recombinant protein expression.
  • Subject matter expertise in upstream processing, downstream processing, or analytical science.
  • Experience in GMP environments.
  • Matrix leadership experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with word and project planning tools.
  • A decisive, solutions-driven mindset.
