We're supporting a well-established and growing business within the facilities management / M&E / HVAC sector. Based in High Wycombe, this role reports to the Project Director and involves overseeing selected UK projects for HVAC/M&E installation and service in commercial and retail sites. Responsibilities:
- Oversee selected projects in the UK for HVAC/M&E installation and service in commercial and retail sites.
- HVAC system maintenance, electrical maintenance, plumbing and drainage, fire alarm, fire extinguishers, fire & smoke shutters, and general building maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven project manager with a background in HVAC or Hard FM—someone who can hit the ground running.
