OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – HVAC Service & Hard FM
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Purpose
A key strategic role responsible for overseeing operations-including project delivery, maintenance, supply chain, and workforce management-while driving business performance and supporting growth. This role requires a commercially focused leader with a track record in improving margins, optimising resources, and delivering service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
