Global Talent Acquisition Partner | Executive Search
We have an exciting opportunity to join CSG Talent\’s established in-house Finance Team as our Management Accountant.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the production of timely, complete, and accurate management accounts, supported by reconciliations and auditable financial records including Cashflow Forecasting, Financial reporting to Operations, oversight of the subledger team, close involvement in the annual company audit, preparation, and reporting of KPI information, period/month end management and with regular communication with senior management throughout.
You will also assist with review and development of financial processes to ensure they meet the ongoing needs of the business, as well as assisting with the periodic, quarterly, and Annual Plan processes as required.
You will act as the first line \’go to\’ supervisor for the Accounts Payable, Banking, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Either part or fully qualified
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ideally Management Accounting experience previously
- Ability to articulate clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work collaboratively with a wider team
