An established and successful timber importer and manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop its commercial function. With a strong heritage in the timber industry, the business imports, processes and distributes a wide range of sawn and machined timber products, including specialist softwoods, cladding, treated timber and bespoke machined products. Its customer base spans construction, manufacturing, joinery, landscaping, leisure, agriculture and other specialist sectors. This is a key leadership appointment for an ambitious commercial professional who can build on an established customer base while identifying new markets, developing strategic relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The Role

As Sales Director, you will take responsibility for the overall sales strategy and commercial performance of the business.
