At CSG Talent, we don’t just place great people, we are great people. With offices in Horsforth, Manchester, Tampa, Sydney and Melbourne, we’re a global recruitment business on an ambitious journey toward our 2030 vision. This isn’t a back-office appointment; it is one of the most important hires we’ll make this year.
The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the delivery of the recruitment strategy for CSG Talent globally. You’ll be the person who finds, attracts and brings in the individuals who will shape the next decade of this business. That’s a serious responsibility. The best people in recruitment aren’t on job boards or open to work on LinkedIn. They’re busy, they’re billing, and they’re not thinking about a move. Your job is to be in touch with them long before they’re ready to leave it, building genuine relationships so that when the moment comes, the call to you and CSG Talent is the one they want to make.
Your approach will flex depending on who you’re hiring:
- For our Academy graduate intake, you’ll design and run structured assessment days, conducting profiling to identify the raw talent who have the desire and skillset to succeed that we can develop into the next generation of consultants and leaders.
- For senior appointments, you’ll take a bespoke, consultative approach. This will include mapping the market, nurturing relationships and knowing exactly when and how to make your move.
Across both, you’ll be managing the end-to-end process, partnering with hiring managers and the senior leadership team, and keeping an eye on pipeline activity to ensure we’re always building toward our goals.
The Art of the Conversation
Here’s the reality: the experienced hires we want are almost never looking. They’re doing well, they’re comfortable, and they’re not thinking about CSG Talent…yet. You’ll change that. But not through hard sells or cold pitches. You’ll understand the recruitment world; the pressures, the commission structures, the grind of a tough market, the frustration of a deal falling over at the last minute, the financial position of the business they work in, the support network they may not have. You’ll have lived it or heard it enough times to speak to it honestly and with genuine empathy. And when someone is ready to listen, you’ll be ready to talk. You’ll know how to position CSG Talent compellingly. You’ll be able to articulate our vision, our culture, the global opportunities and visa support offered, our investment in people. You’ll be able to translate all of that into a genuine answer to the problems they’ve been quietly sitting with. It is relationship building at its best. Patient, persistent and purposeful.
About You
You’ll know the recruitment world well. Whether that’s from sitting at a billing desk, working in an internal resourcing function, or operating in the Rec2Rec space. What matters most is that you understand what motivates people in this industry, what makes them stay and what makes them finally say yes to something new. Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who brings:
- A genuine passion for people and talent, with the commercial instincts to back it up.
- The ability to run structured hiring alongside nuanced senior searches.
- Strong relationship building skills and the kind of presence that people genuinely enjoy being around.
- Confidence working across time zones, cultures and seniority levels.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the drive to make things happen.
Why This Role, Why Now?
The decisions we make about our people over the next few years will define what CSG Talent looks like in 2030 and beyond. This role sits right at the centre of that. You’ll have genuine autonomy, a global remit and the full backing of a senior leadership team who understand just how critical this hire is. If you want to play a meaningful part in building something great, this is your moment. Based in Horsforth or Manchester with international travel. Global scope. Real impact. Ready to be part of something? We’d love to hear from you.
