We have a fantastic opportunity at CSG Talent as we grow out our L&D team. Reporting to the Director of Performance, this is a pivotal role within the People Team, working alongside two experienced specialists with both new and existing colleagues. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Recruiter who is looking to step into a more supportive role, or for someone who has already had a taste of L&D with a recruitment firm.
The Role:
- Global Onboarding for New Starters: Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
- Training of New Starters: The first 6-8 weeks of a new colleague's time with CSG will be working closely with you to get up and running!
- Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training: Continually assess and review current training material to ensure it remains current & relevant for the business and create updated content as and when required.
- As the Recruitment Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support CSG Talent's Tech Stack. Regularly assess current platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
