About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end financial management of the division, bringing rigour, clarity, and commercial insight. You'll drive a finance-wide improvement agenda, modernising systems, enhancing controls, and embedding automation to uplift the accuracy, speed, and quality of financial delivery. Alongside running core reporting and planning cycles, you will act as a strategic business partner, shaping commercial decisions and providing robust financial leadership to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Drive finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and audit readiness.
- Provide technical accounting expertise (IFRS/GAAP).
- Partner closely with commercial leaders to deliver insight and influence decisions.
