We are partnering with a global mining organisation to appoint an experienced Engineering Manager for a large-scale, state-of-the-art underground mining and process infrastructure project. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading the multi-disciplinary engineering function across study, detailed design, execution and commissioning.
You will work within an EPCM / Owner's Team framework, ensuring engineering governance, safety in design, quality assurance and integration across engineering, construction, procurement and commissioning. The role requires a strong background in major underground mining projects, demonstrated experience managing complex design scopes, and the ability to lead high-performing technical teams across multiple locations.
Key requirements include:
- 20+ years' experience in engineering leadership roles
- Extensive underground mining and infrastructure project experience
- Delivery of feasibility through execution under EPCM and Owner's Team delivery expertise
- Chartered / Registered Engineer status
- Strong commitment to safety, sustainability and engineering excellence
