Our client, a global manufacturer of Dental products, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. This is a key position within a high-performing commercial team, responsible for expanding the company\’s footprint across established and emerging markets.
You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with distributors and their sales teams, increasing brand visibility, and delivering sustainable sales growth. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a respected, international business with ambitious growth plans and strong technical credibility in its field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on distributor and partner growth across EMEA.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, their representatives, and key stakeholders to drive product demand and market share.
- Coach, train, and support distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and commercial performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring strong ROI from all activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations to align strategy and execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales management within the dental, medical device, or laboratory sector.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and channel development across multiple international markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing pricing, margins, and profitability.
- High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and accountability for results.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%).
