Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit 2 Senior Project Managers – Modular Buildings. They are offering a long-term opportunity with a strong package and good development prospects across the UK.
Applicants should have proven Project Management or Contract Management experience within Modular Buildings, Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame, Steel Framed Buildings, or Bathroom Pods. Candidates from a Main Contracting / Traditional Build background with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
The business is well-established with a strong brand and reputation, serving clients in Education, Healthcare, MOJ, and other sectors. Experience working within frameworks is beneficial.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will handle projects ranging from £200,000 to £8,000,000. Your key responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely. You will manage Site Managers and work closely with QS\’s, Design, Preconstruction, and Factory teams.
