2 Business Development Co-Ordinators - Modular Buildings Rental and Sale are required by our client to speak with and work with clients across the North and Scotland. They are a well-established market leader within the Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction sector, known for having a high-quality product range, strong innovation, and a robust culture.
The company can solve client problems and devise bespoke solutions as they have experience in traditional build as well as modular build, offering hybrid solutions. They are looking for applicants with proven Proactive Business Development, Outbound Business Development or Customer Support experience in either Modular Buildings/Off-Site Construction, Containers / Temporary Accommodation, or other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Steel Framing Systems, Concrete Systems, Timber Framing Systems, or Bathroom Pods. Experience in Traditional Build/Main Contracting or selling similar products into Health or Education will also be considered.
The business is strong within the industry and aims to develop business within the Education, Commercial, Living Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Infrastructure sectors, so experience in these areas would be beneficial.
As a Business Development Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for making appointments for the Sales Team and exploring new enquiries from clients for the company's high-quality products. You will be judged on how you handle new enquiries, the number of calls made, and the quality of appointments set for the sales team.
This role offers excellent opportunities for Career Progression into the external sales team for the successful applicant, who will be ambitious and forward-thinking. A proven track record in Proactive Business Development, Outbound Business Development, or Customer Support experience is essential.
