- - Supporting service users with shopping and accessing the community
- - Support service users to manage toilet needs
- - Keep accurate records of care visits according to CQC guidelines
- - Assist service users to access the community and promote independence
- - Assist service users to increase independence skills, and promoting daily living skills at home, making simple meals, tidying up my room
- - Assist service user to get up, dressing and preparing them for their day; Washing, bathing, showering, oral care, grooming; Toileting, assisting with use of commode, emptying commode
- - Using manual handling equipment as specified and correctly
- - Working with other care professionals such as District Nurses, GPs to deliver multidisciplinary care
- - Assisting with prescribed medication
- - General household duties including bed making and laundry
