Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to depot operations as required
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing calls with customers and colleagues
- Deliver high levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers
- Cover for the Transport Manager during leave or absence
- Administer emails and respond to information requests, bookings, and quotations
- Update in-house databases and operating systems
- Process orders from booking to confirmation
- Liaise with transport and managers to schedule bookings
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all training is current
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work for assigned areas
- Complete daily worksheets, including driver hours and duties
- Check driver hours against verilocation and confirm in Xeres
- Create Work Tickets & Consignment Notes in Xeres/PDA/Salesforce
- Follow ticket confirmation processes and ensure data accuracy
- Schedule collections considering transport availability
- Maintain driver skills records and training compliance
